If it's your first session, we will ask you to complete some medical information about yourself and there will be time to discuss what you'd like to get out of the session.At 18:45 John will take you through a gentle 30-minute HIIT session. HIIT stands forhigh-intensity interval training,. It's a workout method that alternates short bursts of maximum-effort exercise with brief recovery periods. But don't worry - it's designed for anyone with axial SpA and the exercises can be adapted to meet your needs..Then at 19:15 we will chat about how everyone found it and what you'd like from future sessions.
