Julia Knight - Songs of Joy & Justice

Julia Knight brings her unique take on life’s ups and downs through comic and parody songs to Leicester Comedy Festival for the first time.

A collection of quirky comedy songs highlighting life's joys, absurdities and injustices in equal measure from an award-winning singer and multi-instrumentalist. Find out why Julia loves avocados but avoids extreme sports. Expect songs about gin, billionaires and of course, King Richard III!

With songs from both Julia's solo shows - 'I Am Not Victoria Wood" which had sellout runs at Brighton and Edinburgh Fringe Festivals, and the award-winning "Zeit-Heist: more than a feeling". She will also make up a brand-new song based on audience suggestions on the day.
