His publications include The Black Arrow Rocket (2001), Showcasing Space (2005), Cosmonauts (2014) and Satellite (2017).In 2012, he co-organised, with the UK Space Agency, a conference marking the 50th anniversary of Ariel 1, the world's first international satellite.
