Join us at the African Caribbean Centre for a Heartwize CPR & Life-Saving Skills session, designed to give you the confidence to act in an emergency.

Delivered in collaboration with Heartwize, this practical, beginner-friendly session covers CPR, AED use, and what to do if someone collapses - all in a supportive, small-group setting.
