Come and try the original and iconic hot Bikram Yoga taught by certified Bikram teachers. The only authentic Bikram Yoga school in the Midlands.

Bikram Yoga is a set sequence of 26 simple Hatha Yoga postures and two breathing exercises, developed to work every cell, every muscle and every organ in your body.

Here you will:

Bikram Yoga Leicester Ltd is an independently, female-owned and operated yoga studio in the heart of Leicester's cultural hub, St George’s Quarter.

Please bring a yoga mat, two towels and a bottle of water. You can also rent mats and towels for £2 each. Cash or card but please bring correct change.
