Drawing on her extensive professional experience, she will discuss the importance of engaging faith communities to challenge harmful practices, uphold human rights, and promote gender equality.The talk will also highlight how caste dynamics influence gender-based violence, and why caste must be recognised as a protected characteristic under the Equality Act 2010 — a cause Vandana continues to campaign for passionately.☕️ All welcome – admission free, with tea & biscuits provided.?
