- **Event Name**: Earthlings Experience - Leicester
- **Event Start and End Date**: Sat, 07 Mar, 2026 at 01:00 pm – Sat, 07 Mar, 2026 at 04:00 pm
- **Event Description**: The idea of this outreach is to stand in a circle with white masks on (although this is optional) with hand-held devices that are showing real footage of animals suffering in slaughterhouses, farms and hatcheries. The aim for wearing the masks is too draw attention of the public. Whilst they are watching the footage, other activists will have an opportunity to educate them about the reality of these industries and highlight the suffering of the animals.

This Earthling Experience (EE) will be based around slaughter farms in the UK and will be showing mainly footage of the meat & dairy industries. Watch this space for further updates regarding the footage theme and source.

Meet at clock tower around 12.45am so that we can look to set up for a 1pm start. Then depending on how much activity is happening around the clock tower area (and how noisy it is!), we will either set up outside MacDonald's or outside Popeyes (near M&S) on Gallowtree Gate. Popeyes is UK fastest growing chain atm. We can then decide later to move to other locations depending on how effective the outreach is going ✊
