Chakradance - Throat Chakra Live Workshop

Join Roshni for this magical Chakradance event as we set our intentions on healing Vishuddha - The Throat Chakra. This chakra is the centre for our communication, self expression, honesty and truth. Do you have a fear of speaking, get anxious and shy? Do you struggle to express your feelings? Do you put masks on to deceive yourself and others? Do you have physical issues with a sore throat, thyroid problems, get colds often? In this chakra of purification, during this workshop, we will set our healing intention on releasing stuck energy at this centre thus allowing our creativeness to flow from deep within. Allowing our thoughts and feelings to flow with ease so that our verbal and non verbal communication aligns with our personal truth. Bringing integrity in our speech and actions. The workshop will last just over two hours and will consist of the following:

• Meditation

• Guided Visualisation

• Chakradance (Around 1 hour)

• Mandala artwork

• Personal feedback
