Join Theresa Moore, a 500-hour+ certified yoga teacher and active member of the Friends of Beltzville, for a calming, all-levels Gentle Yoga series in the serene setting of Beltzville State Park. Whether you're new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, these sessions offer a peaceful opportunity to move, breathe, and connect with nature and community.

We’ll meet indoors at the EIC. Weather permitting in October, we may hold class outdoors.
