The Winter Sanctuary Circle is a listening-centered gathering for women, intentionally designed as a calm, steady space held across a three-month seasonal arc. We meet once each month in winter creating a rhythm that allows the body, heart, and nervous system to settle. Together, we create a shared field of listening where wisdom can surface gently over time, and where each woman can practice calling herself home. There is nothing to prepare. Sharing is always invitational. Silence is welcomed as part of the conversation. This is a place to exhale.

Seasonal Touchstones
Each month carries a simple word as a companion, our portal into presence.
January — Rest
Softening. Pausing. Letting the body feel safe again.
February — Reflect
Listening inward. Noticing what is here with kindness.
March — Renew
Allowing what is ready to awaken to do so gently.

Our time together may include unhurried arrival and grounding, gentle breath or body awareness, quiet reflection or optional writing, spacious, invitational sharing, and silence, reverence, and warm presence.

Winter is just the beginning. Our Sanctuary Circles will continue through spring, summer, and fall, creating a yearlong arc of companionship and inner tending. Each season honors the natural rhythm of the Earth and the inner life of women.
