Friday, May 25:

RE-ANIMATOR (1985) - Producer Brian Yuzna teams up with Director Stuart Gordon and screenwriter Dennis Paoli for this wickedly fun, ghoulishly clever, over-the-top, classic 80s gore-fest based on a story by H.P. Lovecraft! Starring Jeffrey Combs, Bruce Abbot, Barbara Crampton, and David Gale.

RETURN OF THE LIVING DEAD PART TWO (1988) - It doesn’t take a lot of brains to figure out what’s going to happen when some kids discover missing barrels of hungry-corpse-reviving Trioxin gas! And it doesn’t take long before a small town is overrun with swarming masses of ravenous undead! Thom Matthews and James Karen (the duo that inadvertently unleashed the unstoppable zombie plague in the original) appear, once again — this time in different roles — in Ken (SHOCK WAVES) Weiderhorn’s rarely screened sequel to the 1985 punk rock horror classic! We’re super-excited to be showing this!

DR. BUTCHER M.D. (1980) - In this delirious and ridiculously bloody Italian gut-muncher, missing body parts in a NY hospital lead to an expedition to a small island where a deranged medical lunatic is performing insane experiments on the locals and creating an army of rotting zombie killers! Starring Ian (ZOMBIE) McCulloch, Alexandra Delli Colli and Donald O’Brien.

Saturday, May 26:

PET SEMATARY (1989) - “Sometimes dead is better”, but unfortunately Louis Creed is too desperate to heed the underlying warning in those words, which proves disastrous for the Creed family, but great for horror fans, as this adaptation of Stephen King’s novel directed by Mary Lambert is a truly frightening and bone-freezing nightmare that gets under your skin.

NIGHT OF THE LIVING DEAD (1990)- Special Make-up effects wiz Tom Savini directed this claustrophobic color remake of the seminal 1968 horror classic pitting a small band of humans holed up in a country farmhouse against attacking flesh devouring ghouls. Tony (CANDYMAN) Todd, Patricia Tallman, Tom (HENRY: PORTRAIT OF A SERIAL KILLER) Towles, Bill (THE DEVIL’S REJECTS) Moseley star. From a screenplay by George A. Romero that puts a twist on the original film.

TALES FROM THE CRYPT (1972) - The popular EC comics of the 50s come to gory life in this omnibus of horror from Amicus Productions and director Freddie Francis. Join the Crypt Keeper as he hosts a potpourri of terror featuring psycho Santas, undead bikers and revenge from beyond the grave!

Sunday, May 27:

ZOMBIE (1979) - Lucio Fulci’s gory horror masterpiece returns to the big screen! Something is not quite right on the island of Matul... the dead are returning to life, and soon they will be everywhere and the dead will be among us! Starring Tisa Farrow, Ian McCulloch, Al Cliver, Richard Johnson,
a jagged splinter of wood and a spectacular zombie vs. shark fight!

REVENGE OF THE ZOMBIES (1976) - “One of the most shocking and bizarre films of the year!”, screamed the original US one-sheets for this truly demented horror film from the Shaw Bros. Black magic, evil sorcery, exploding bodies, worm vomiting, demon fetuses and, of course, walking corpses are all part of what’s on display in this outrageous gross-out from Hong Kong.

THE GRIM REAPER (1980)- Speaking of gross-outs, here’s another one! This one is from Italy and director Joe D’Amato. A group of very unfortunate travelers are stranded on an deserted island with a crazed, cannibalistic-zombie killer. A crude, nasty horror film from the gory days of Italian splatter!
