Becoming the Vision: From Energy to Embodiment

Step into the new year with clarity, purpose, and inspiration. This two-hour workshop blends the uplifting energy of Kundalini Yoga and Meditation with the deep grounding of Restorative Yoga, guiding you to awaken your creative power and embody the version of yourself who has already achieved your goals.

The first hour is guided by Joe Longo, who will lead an uplifting journey of Kundalini Yoga and Meditation to awaken creativity and attune students to the frequency of their intentions.

The second hour, led by Christina Giaccio, gently draws participants into a restorative space, encouraging them to ground, integrate, and settle into the energy they’ve activated.
