Join me on November 15th from 6–8 PM at Sage Canvas in Lehi for an evening of regulating, releasing and deep gratitude.

This dynamic breathwork journey begins with Ceremonial Cacao and unfolds through six styles of breath, paired with inhale and exhale retention holds and somatic release practices to help you regulate your nervous system and let go of what no longer serves you.

There will be live shamanic drumming, and energy work during the breath flow for those who are open.
