The holidays are full of love and laughter - but they can also bring stress, expectations, and emotional challenges. This special Promise2Live and Silicon Slopes Holiday Party is your chance to pause, reset, and reconnect with what really matters: people, peace, and presence. We'll start with a short, uplifting program about managing holiday stress and caring for your mental health, followed by a festive celebration packed with joy, music, and connection.

Adam Parry - Align Breathwork Coaching - Join Adam as he shows us how transformative proper breathing can be, walking us through a short, revitalizing breathwork exercise. 

Steve and Lisa James - Founders of ResilientYOU & Musical Guests - Performing live holiday music and sharing a heartfelt message of humor, hope, and resilience to close out the year.

Mike Carlson - Golden Healers - The Golden Healers will be on-site, spreading joy, comfort, and plenty of tail wags and warm snuggles for anyone who could use a moment of dog-therapy bliss.

Promise2Live Holiday Celebration & Ugly Sweater Contest

After the short program, the party begins! Enjoy: Live holiday music by Steve James. Festive food, sweet treats, and laughter. Ugly Sweater Contest! Wear your worst holiday sweater and compete for the title of Ugliest Sweater Champion - winner takes home a fun prize and bragging rights! 

This is your time to relax, laugh, and celebrate the holidays with the Promise2Live and Silicon Slopes community - a joyful way to wrap up the year surrounded by purpose and connection.
