Acceptable donations for Toys for Tots are new, unwrapped toys and books for children of all ages, with a particular need for items for older kids (12-17). Items like sporting goods, board games, books, and gift sets are great options. You should not donate used toys, clothing, food, or items that look like realistic weapons, and avoid products with candy, chemicals, or liquids. 

Acceptable donations
    •    New toys: Ensure they are new and not used.
    •    Books: All ages need books; they are a great option.
    •    Sporting equipment: Items like balls, bats, and helmets are needed.
    •    Board games and puzzles: These are popular and appreciated by many age groups.
    •    Arts and crafts supplies: Craft kits and drawing/coloring supplies are a good choice.
    •    Items for older children: There is a specific need for toys and gifts for children ages 12-17. Examples include cosmetics, jewelry, purses, gift sets, and books.
    •    Homemade toys: These are accepted if they are safe and free of sharp edges or small parts that could be a choking hazard.
    •    Gift cards: These are accepted and will be used to purchase toys for children who have not received a gift. 

Items not accepted
    •    Used or open toys: Only new, unwrapped toys can be donated.
    •    Realistic weapons: Any toy that looks like a realistic weapon is not accepted.
    •    Clothing: Toys for Tots does not accept clothing donations.
    •    Food or candy: Do not donate items that have food or candy in them.
    •    Liquid products: Avoid donating items with liquids, such as body wash, lotion, or perfume.
    •    Toys with chemicals: Do not donate items like experimental lab kits or other chemical-based projects. 




Tournament Rules:

1) 5 Fish Limit per boat. Largemouth or Smallmouth. 15” or greater in length. (Short Fish brought to the scales will result in disqualification)
2) 8-ounce penalty per dead fish
3) Artificial Lures only. No live bait.
4) All 2025 MD Boat and Fish Commission Laws will apply
5) All Boats must be equipped with an operational live well (15-gallon minimum)
6) All Boats must have all safety equipment and must be in working order. Life vests must be worn when gas motor is running and K*ll switch attached when boat is in gear.
7) All boat must be inspected before launch No Alcohol or illegal drugs permitted
9) A 1lb. per minute penalty will be assessed for late return up to 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, the boat will be disqualified.
10) Unsportsmanlike conduct may result in disqualification
11) Please keep a courtesy distance away from other boats.
12) Trolling as a means for fishing is prohibited.
13) In the event of a tie, the most alive fish wins. If still tied, the largest fish wins.
14) There will be no fishing after your boat number is turned in at weigh in.
15) It is up to you to have insurance coverage for your boat
16) At weigh in, all boats weighing fish must keep their boats beached / in the water while weighing in. Anyone who pulls their boat and brings fish from the parking lot to the weigh in table will be disqualified.
17)In the event of a tie, the most-alive fish wins. If still a tie, the largest fish wins
18) Weigh bags will be provided for contestants to use
19) Tournament Directors Decision is final and binding!
20) EFBM Reserves the Right to refuse entry/participation in any and all club sponsored Tournaments/OPENs to any individual or group who have been disqualified from Club or Non Club tournaments/events due to current or previous unsportsmanlike conduct, or for any dangerous/reckless behavior(currently or previously) or for any reason EFBM deems relevant for the safety of the members/participants of the event.  
We have read, understand and agree to abide by all rules and state laws governing this tournament as well as to abide to any onsite rules deemed necessary by the Tournament Director. We further agree to waive Elite Force Bassmasters and their Members from any liability resulting from careless, hazardous or negligent operations or use of equipment by competitors.
