Level 1 Beginner Foundations to Social Dancing

Our Wednesday Level 1 classes are the perfect place to start your dance journey! Each six-week series introduces you to one of our core styles—East Coast Swing, West Coast Swing, Bachata, or Salsa—with a focus on connection, rhythm, and fun. You’ll learn the essential patterns and techniques that form the foundation of each dance, building your confidence step by step. Every class is designed to help you feel comfortable on the social dance floor, develop great partnering skills, and discover the joy of movement through music. Whether you’re brand new or brushing up on basics, this class will give you everything you need to dance with ease and style.
