Parade Line-Up: Parade line-up starts at 10:00 AM in the Lee's Summit High School parking lot, 700 SE Blue Parkway.
Center Stage: Center Stage for the event will be at VFW Post 5789 on Douglas between 3rd and 4th Streets. Our MC, Randy Miller—radio personality for Q104, podcaster, and host of the National Defense Radio Show—will be announcing parade participants, providing commentary, and leading the celebration.
Following the parade, the Auxiliary will host their free traditional Ham and Beans social in the banquet hall. The Post Lounge will also be open and ready to serve your favorite beverages. We encourage all veterans, parade participants, parade watchers, and the entire community to join us and share a meal with a veteran.
