This session is a blend of information and experience. It is designed to help you reclaim your inner peace so you can step back into the classroom feeling grounded and renewed. Slow, intentional breathing has been shown to lower blood pressure, improve immune function, and increase emotional well-being — just what you need after a busy school year.

What is Breathwork?

How you breathe affects your entire body. Breathwork is an ancient and powerful healing modality. The styles of breathing we facilitate encourages healthy breathing, which can improve sleep, lower blood pressure, strengthen the immune system, boost performance, and increase your overall sense of calm and happiness. Come to a couple classes and you’ll see huge benefits in your overall wellness. 
Important Note

Please consult your doctor before attending if you are pregnant, have a history of seizures, brain aneurysms, torn retina, glaucoma, untreated high blood pressure, heart disease, or are recovering from surgery.
