Discover the transformative magic of the Elemental Rhythm Breakthrough Experience as we embark on a body-centered journey that connects your breath with your body, shutting down your thinking brain. Then I’ll guide you through a powerful meditation designed to unleash the potential within you and give you the space to create a vision for your future with every inhale and exhale.
We will end the session with a powerful reiki energy healing and journaling to help you integrate your breathwork experience. 

What is Breathwork?

How you breathe affects your entire body. Breathwork is an ancient and powerful healing modality. The styles of breathing we facilitate encourages healthy breathing, which can improve sleep, lower blood pressure, strengthen the immune system, boost performance, and increase your overall sense of calm and happiness. Come to a couple classes and you’ll see huge benefits in your overall wellness.

This session is facilitated by Stephanie, founder of Rising Phoenix breathwork. She is a business coach and is an experiencee as a Certified Breathwork Facilitator, Breathwork Coach and Breathwork Educator with Elemental Rhythm. She is obtaining her Somatic Experiencing Certification.
