I’m Shannon. I’m a certified Reiki 2 practitioner, certified yoga and Pilates instructor, as well as a certified holistic nutrition and women’s hormone coach. 
I believe that nature is connected to everything and feeling beautiful at any age- mind, body, spirit. 
When I’m not holding space for others, you can find me cheering for my son on the sidelines, or enjoying the outdoors with my family.
