A free Restorative Stress Relief Yoga Class — a gentle, one-hour session designed to release tension, quiet the mind, and restore calm in body and spirit.

Soft lighting, soothing music, and mindful movement will guide you back to balance.

Meet Your Instructor: Laura Clary

Laura discovered yoga three years ago, and it quickly became a life-changing journey—one that deepened her sense of peace, purpose, and connection. With a deep love for nature, she finds inspiration in the quiet beauty of the outdoors. Whether she's hiking forest trails, kayaking gentle waters, tending to her garden, or learning about birds and wild plants, Laura sees yoga as another way to come home to herself and to the world around her. She’s also an avid cook who delights in nourishing others—whether through a lovingly prepared meal or a thoughtfully crafted yoga class. To her, leading a class is like baking a special dish: each movement, breath, and intention is added with care, spiced with joy, and offered from the heart. Her classes are warm, welcoming, and down-to-earth, designed to help students feel safe, seen, and supported. Laura is honored to be part of a studio where the community feels like family, and she looks forward to holding space for others on their own unique path.
