Fall Back Labyrinth Walk

As we transition into the quieter, darker months of the year, join us for a Fall Back Labyrinth Walk at Unity Village. This special walk will offer an opportunity to pause and reflect as we "fall back" into a new rhythm, shifting our awareness and energy with the change in time. The labyrinth provides a beautiful space for quiet contemplation, helping us embrace the changes within and around us, and center ourselves as we prepare for the slower, more reflective season ahead. 

 
Facilitated by Indira Huerta, a Veriditas-trained labyrinth facilitator, this event will guide you through a mindful walk in the labyrinth as we honor the time shift and the seasonal transition. As the clocks “fall back,” this is the perfect opportunity to reconnect with yourself, release any distractions or habits that no longer serve you, and find clarity for the path ahead. 

The labyrinth walk offers a powerful symbol of life's journey—a path that may seem winding and uncertain at times but always leads us back to ourselves. This event invites you to embrace this time of slowing down and turning inward. 

We’ll meet at the entrance to the labyrinth, ready to step into the peacefulness of the afternoon and slow our minds in preparation for the walk. The change in daylight offers a natural pause for reflection and a reminder to be present in the moment.  

Indira will lead the group on a reflective walk through the labyrinth. During the walk, we’ll focus on what we are releasing as the days grow shorter and what we wish to bring into our lives during this season of rest and renewal. Allow yourself the time to listen to your inner wisdom and experience the shift in energy that comes with the change in time.  

The process of walking the labyrinth encourages introspection, mindfulness, and connection with your deeper intentions. For those interested, we will reconnect at the Village Commons afterward to share and reflect on our experiences.  

You are invited to bring a journal or a small token to represent any intentions you wish to set as you move through the walk. We will leave them at the entrance of the labyrinth for the walk to serve as an invitation as you remember, release, receive, and return to a state of balance.

Registration is required. There is no fee.

You will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the peaceful prayer and meditation gardens at . Enjoy the nature trails, labyrinth, Rose Garden, fountains, prayer chapels, and more.
