This will be a 2.5-hour sacred immersion weaving together ceremonial cacao, heart-opening movement, breathwork, kundalini activation, and a crystal sound bath. It’s a deeply nourishing experience designed to soften old defenses, clear energetic blockages, and invite participants into renewal, gratitude, and embodied love.

There are seasons in life when the heart longs to be tended. Awaken the Heart is a sacred evening of release and renewal, inviting you to soften old defenses and reconnect with compassion, gratitude, and love.

We will begin with a cacao ritual to gently open the heart, followed by grounding movement to awaken the body. Transformational breathwork will guide you deeper, supported by energy healing, while crystal sound bowls weave a resonant soundscape to carry you inward. Each layer of the journey invites you home to yourself and the wisdom of your heart.
