Our 200-Hour Registered Yoga Teacher Training Program will give you the confidence and the experience to start sharing your love of yoga with others. Our program trains you to teach safe, effective yoga classes, as well as show you how to incorporate the wisdom of yoga into your own life.
Our 6-weekend program is perfect for those who have commitments during the week and want to break up the training to suit their schedules. In just a few short months, you will earn your 200 HR RYT certification accredited through Yoga Alliance. There are options to make up hours if days are missed.

Program Overview
This is a 6-weekend, Yoga Alliance–accredited 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training held at Megan’s Yoga Tribe studios in Lee’s Summit and Blue Springs, Missouri.
Training Dates & Schedule
Fridays (Zoom): 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Saturdays & Sundays (In-Studio): 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Occurs Every Other Weekend
Next Training Begins: Sept. 2025
Financial Commitment
Total Program Cost: $3,000
Deposit: $500 due upon enrollment (non-refundable)
Payment Plan Option: Remaining $2,500 split into 8 monthly payments
Certification is only granted when the program is paid in full.
No refunds will be issued once enrolled.
If you drop out of the program, you are still responsible for paying the full balance.
Attendance Policy
This is a professional-level program. Full attendance is best.
If you miss any sessions, you are required to schedule makeup hours with Ruthann, Carly, or Megan
Certification will not be granted without full completion of required hours.

RUTHANN ZENTNER
Ruthann is a fun-loving, creative spirit who creates a joyful and positive environment for everyone who enters her classes or workshops. As the lead 200RYT trainer of the Zen Zone Yoga school, she welcomes teachers and students and guides them to a path of self-love. She integrates alignment, core work, and breathing with creative sequencing. Her classes are dynamic and inspiring! Each class will energize your body and cultivate a meditative consciousness, fostering greater vitality and improved health. Ruthann is a 500 E-RYT with Yoga Alliance. She has over 30+ years of teaching experience! She is a loving mother of 3 amazing daughters, dedicated to being fearless and helping others.
CARLY DUQUETTE
I started practicing yoga many moons ago as a calming lunch break from my corporate job, in those early days it was impossible to close my eyes and calm my mind during shavasana - I was the one with at least one eye open. Today my practice is fundamental to managing stress; my mat is my calm in the storm – a place where I am fully present. It is where I have learned to trust and honor my body and connect with my self.
I am a RYT 500. My 200 hour yoga certification is from Zen Zone Yoga and my 300 hour is from Rishikesh Yogpeeth where I studied Hatha and Ashtanga over 5 weeks in India. I an also trained in Chair Yoga, creative Vinyasa sequencing, Yoga Nidra and Trauma Informed teaching.
Outside of yoga I work as an IT Director, have an adult son, and a sweet granddaughter, I love to read, I’m currently obsessed with figuring out sour dough, I enjoy travel and am a super fan of naps especially if it includes dog snuggles.
My goal is to teach classes that challenge you physically and mentally - to be present, to slow down, and to feel. I love creative flows, after a Vinyasa with me you will have moved your body in nearly every direction possible, and offering space that builds body awareness.
MEGAN SEVART-CULBERTSON
I started yoga to stay in shape and escape the chaos of mom life, but it quickly became so much more. Yoga transformed into a practice of body, mind, and spirit—bringing intention, balance, and purpose to my life. It taught me self-love, and in loving myself first, I could love and serve others more fully.
Yoga is my superpower. The strength, peace, presence, and grace I cultivate on my mat follow me into every part of my life.
I fell in love with yoga and pursued my 200-hour RYT in 2015. Teaching yoga sets my soul on FIRE! Since then, I’ve been serving through classes, retreats, workshops, and trainings. In 2020, I launched Megan’s Yoga Tribe Online studio, followed by opening our downtown Lee’s Summit studio in 2022, Lakewood studio in 2023, our Yoga Teacher Training school in 2023, and our third studio in Blue Springs in 2025.
My goal is to help you transform—body and mind—through every practice, whether in person or virtual. With clear cues, modifications, and encouragement, I’ll challenge you while honoring your body and soul.
