This is an invitation for Women to come together to meet, connect and share in your authentic expression. This will be through open discussion and creativity.

This is safe space to be yourself and explore whatever arises during our two hours spent together in our space. 

We will begin with a cleansing ritual followed by a cup of Cacao to open the heart. 

There will be a short reading and exploration around our feminine nature leading on to invitation to share our thoughts and feelings in this safely held space. 

Mindfulcacao will be included in our sharing event. 

Please bring a journal and any items for your comfort. 

Exchange is £15 including Cacao.
