- **Event Description**: You are welcome to join Veerji who will be offering a unique Sound Healing experience using a trio of gongs, Tibetan bowls, and other sound healing instruments. 

The healing properties of sound are well documented and the vibrational qualities of the bowls and gongs act sympathetically at the cellular level of the human body.

Sound Healing offers benefits for both the mind and body, primarily by promoting relaxation and reducing stress. These benefits include improved sleep, lower blood pressure, and better pain management. Physically, it can stimulate circulation and cellular regeneration, while mentally and emotionally, it may lead to lower stress and a greater sense of overall well-being.

We will begin with a guided meditation to fully relax and drop into the body. The Sound Healing will last an hour and end with a gentle guidance back to seated position. There will also be an opportunity for reflection or any questions.

The nature of sound healing can cause dehydration and you encouraged to bring water, but we have filtered water available if you forget.

Please also bring whatever you feel to make yourself comfortable, though there are mats, blankets and cushions provided.

I look forward to welcoming you into the tranquil space of Shambala and sharing in this deep Sound Healing experience.

Please note that it is not advised to attend if you are in your first trimester of pregnancy, or if you have a pacemaker fitted, or diagnosed heart problems. This is just as a precaution, because of the vibrational nature of the frequencies.
