I’m running my BRAND NEW workshop with BRAND NEW designs in July at Cabbage Rose (Foxlowe Arts Centre, Leek) and they’re already a favourite!

Dates:
July 14th & 21st 
6–8pm

First evening you’ll build your mushroom from clay — shaping the cap, stem, adding texture, making it feel a bit like something you’d stumble across on a damp forest floor.

Second evening is glazing — earthy tones, muted colours, or something a bit more bright and strange if that’s your thing. I’ll then fire and assemble it into a proper working bell ready for you to collect!

They’re part sculpture, part functional, slightly wonky in the best way… and really satisfying to make.

£70 covers both sessions, all materials, both firings, assembly, plus snacks & drinks while you’re here.

Small group, relaxed, no pressure to be “good” — just come and make something a bit different! Humour is a requirement…
