This 2 hour workshop is for you if you:
- Are a sensitive soul - maybe you are autistic, ADHD, AuDHD, anxious, depressed, struggling with mental health, PTSD, or otherwise feel things very deeply.
- Want self-help practical tools with a natural living lean
- Want to learn about herbal medicine and the emotional and physical ways herb can help us
- Want to learn to take some control back over your emotions, working with your natural tendencies, not trying to make yourself be something you're not
- Are over 18 years old (another similar workshop suitable for teens will run later in the year, message to show interest)

Who am I?
- Hi, I'm Charlotte. I'm a sensitive soul just like you!
- I'm a Medical Herbalist - I started my university training in 2006, graduated in 2011, and have been in practice ever since.
- I got diagnosed as AuDHD in 2022
- In 2025 I niched down to work almost exclusively with sensitive souls, helping them avoid burnout and thrive. I have a shop and clinic in Leek - Homestead Herbal on Stanley Street
- I also work in the NHS with Serious Mental Illness, and I work across Cheshire & Staffordshire collaborating with other natural wellness professionals to deliver events & education.

What will we be doing at the event?
- We will be learning what contributes to meltdowns, panic attacks & shutdowns. Education is power!
- We will be learning about a handful of herbs that can help in these situations.
- We will be building trust in our body's own knowledge of what it wants via herb tasting.
- We will be making a dropper bottle of a herbal blend especially tailored to you, to help in these situations. You take this product with you, it is included in the ticket price.
- There will be the opportunity to very briefly share a little about ourselves & to make new friendships in an organic way if this is wanted. No pressure to do so, and no group-work.

ACCESSIBILITY:
- This event will take place at CHEDDLETON COMMUNITY CENTRE, HOLLOW LANE, CHEDDLETON, STAFFORDSHIRE, ENGLAND. It is not at the Homestead Herbal shop. It is Sunday 8th March 1pm-3pm.
- Fully accessible building on the ground floor with ramps, large free carpark directly outside.
- Accessible toilets
- Small room next door if you need a few minutes alone time to regulate
- Medium sized room with 15-20 people (including staff) with no background noise to interfere with hearing
- Room set up to walk around and have personal space if needed - join the main table or sit alone if preferred
- No unstructured socialising time - one 5min pee-and-tea break halfway through, no standing around chatting feeling awkward.
- Bring any accommodations you need - your whole unmasked self is warmly welcome here.
- 1 Angel Ticket available per event for those who financially wouldn't otherwise be able to attend - simply send a message to me here on facebook or through www.homestead-herbal.org toenquire. One individual can apply for one Angel Ticket per calendar year (Jan-Dec) to encourage fairness. No-one at the workshop will be able to tell who paid and who had an Angel Ticket.
GENERAL TICKETS: I hate scarcity marketing but I feel obliged to let you know that my events almost always sell out - I would encourage early booking to avoid disappointment. There will be another opportunity in 2026 for the exact same event if this date doesn't work for you.
