2 Hour Meditation Workshop
Shambala, School Yard, Earl Street, Leek
This is a two hour meditation workshop which is suitable for anyone who would like to develop a meditation practice. Beginners welcome .
We will be practicing a variety of different meditations, including sitting and lying down meditations, along with a couple of mindfulness exercises.
Meditation can help you to improve many areas of your life, health and wellbeing.
I will explain the benefits of meditation and provide guidance and information on how to develop your own meditation practice at home. A handout will be available for you to takeaway.

For our workshop please wear loose, comfortable clothing. We have a mats, cushions and refreshments for your comfort.
During meditation you may feel colder as we will not be moving. We do have light fleece blankets, however you may wish to bring your own throw or blanket.
