Action West End Family Fun Day 2025

Action West End’s 2025 Family Fun Day will be taking place a week earlier than usual – this time on Saturday, August 30.

This ever-growing event, which is the only annual community event of its kind to take place in the west end of Leek, will run between 1pm and 5pm.

This year’s fun day is set to include: fairground rides, tombola and other side attractions, charity and artisan stalls, fun dog show, circus skills, penalty shoot-out, cake stall, balloon modeller, face painter, BBQ food, ice creams, Moorlands Radio Roadshow, refreshments, raffle, live entertainment as well as our ever-popular Action West End Teddy Drop!

We are appealing for donations of prizes for our tombola and raffle, as well as for some prizes for our sideshow attraction games.

We are, as always, also on the look out for additional volunteers to help out on the day, whether that be in helping to put up and take down marquees and gazebos and/or with manning some of our group’s games and stalls.
