Yoga4Leeds decided to bring regular social distancing yoga classes to Cross Flatts (between Beeston Road and Bowling Green) starting on 20 Jun 2020.
Bring your own mat 1h yoga4leeds practise is suitable for all ages, genders and abilities with some basic level of fitness. You will guided through variety of options of yoga poses and able to choose your own level depending on your yoga experience, flexibility, bone structure or just the way you feel on the day. Everyone can benefit from Yoga4Leeds practise including total beginner and experienced yogis.
You will need to bring your own yoga mat, remain 2 metres away from everyone throughout the practice, wear some comfy clothes, and bring a bottle of water if you need one. You don't need sport shoes as the best way to practise yoga is with bare feet or with yoga socks (anti slip socks).

Classes are £5 per session paid in advance by PayPal (paypal.me/Yoga4Leeds) using your name as reference
or on the day by cash in a social distancing way using a money box so you will need to bring the exact change if you decide to pay by cash.
Under 16 need to be accompanied by a adult who is going to be responsible for them.
Yoga4Leeds practise consists of Vinyasa sequences with Ashtanga poses and extra elements of toning. The movements create a unique flow to make you keep fit, strong and flexible. It is also a great way to lose weight or reduce stress and anxiety.
