New to Yoga? Don’t know where to start, or maybe not ready yet to join regular classes?
This two-hour workshop is an introduction to yoga practice, where we will learn the basics of the practice known as Sun Salutation, the most common Asanas, and learn the difference between different styles of Yoga, such as Yin Yoga, Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, Ashtanga Yoga and more.
The workshop is perfect for beginners or anyone that is interested in the practice but is just not sure if it suits them
Every participant will receive notes with a sequence for general home practice and complimentary tea.
Please wear comfortable clothes suitable for stretching and a bottle of water. If you have a yoga mat, please bring it with you, however we have some available to borrow.
Feel free to bring a notebook and a pen for notes.
