However, feel free to bring some snuggly socks, and anything else that will help you stay extra warm and comfortable.Snacks will be provided but please bring your own lunch.About the venue:Studio 6 is on the second floor and therefore has limited accessibility. Please contact us for any further information. On street parking is available at the venue. This training is mainly floor based, please contact me if you have any mobility issues.Please note: The event is not suitable for the following health conditions: epilepsy, heart conditions (incl.pacemakers), any metal implants inside the body or first trimester of pregnancy.
