This fabulous Mum and Baby Yoga course is suitable for mums with babies from 6 weeks upwards. The Yoga is for both mum and baby, preacticsed together to provide joyfful bonding time. Be guided through relaxation techniques, stretches, and stregthening expercises for postnatal recovery.
No Yoga experience is necessary and all abilities and requirements welcome.
Rachel Gosling specialises in working with women postnatally and babies developmentally. She holds a space where you feel thoroughly nurtured, restored and rejuvenated. She works intuitively, adapting to the needs and requirements of the class. Tell her what you need and she will deliver.
