She also runs the ELIPs scheme nationally for the Employment Lawyers Association which is a scheme whereby unrepresented litigants can access from pro bono advice. She is the ELA representative for Yorkshire and the Humber.Marie loves workplace mediation and conducts this through Consilia Mediation. Maries view is that mediation can make such a difference to diffuse or resolve disputes in the workplace and avoid escalation of lengthy grievance processes costs and stress for all parties.Marie has been a member of the NY CIPD committee for around 10 years now and loves working with local branches. - Chalyn HR – HR Support and Solutions for Harrogate, York and LeedsHannah is an Independent HR Consultant and Workplace Mediator working as an Associate Mediator at Consilia mediation.
