As the festive season unfolds, take a gentle pause to reconnect with yourself through creativity, reflection, and intention.
Joy in Color is a heart-led art healing workshop designed to help you release emotional weight, rediscover joy, and manifest your dreams for the year ahead, all through expressive art, guided meditation, and the magic of shared energy.

Hosted by Anit Kaur and Her Khaani, this Christmas Edition offers a cosy, nurturing space filled with warmth, community, and festive creativity. No art experience needed just come as you are.

Info: 1. Welcome & Grounding (15 min)

Arrive, settle in with a free warm cuppa, with a guided meditation to release tension and set your intention for the session.


2. Releasing the Holiday Weight (60 min) – Postcard Art

Using “The Winter Burn” exercise, express and release what no longer serves you. Write or draw on one side of a postcard, then transform it into abstract art on the other.


3. Manifesting & Goal Setting (60 min) – Vision Bauble

Shift into creativity and joy as you design your own Vision Bauble, a symbol of what you wish to call in for the year ahead, using paint, gold leaf, collage, and festive textures.


4. Closing Ritual (15 min)

End with a guided visualization to step into the New Year feeling lighter, brighter, and connected. A candle lit in the centre symbolizes collective hope and renewal.

Take home your Vision Bauble or Intention Postcard as a reminder of your courage and creativity.
