Jamyang Autumn Well-being Day

We are delighted to be offering another well-being day for you this Autumn. Come and enjoy some uplifting classes, eat a healthy lunch in the café, find some bargains in the shop, treat yourself to a reiki session and finish off the day with a deeply relaxing sound bath. We are looking forward to seeing you!

PRICE/ BOOKING;

£30; for this you will be able to book up to 4 classes and one 30 minute reiki session, depending on availability. We will contact you nearer the time to book you on. Please be aware that reiki sessions will run throughout the day whilst the above classes are on. We will try our best to book you on the classes and treatments you request!
