Working with the Shadow and Embracing Inner Strength

In this workshop, Jaguar leads us through a process of deep energetic and emotional clearing. We’ll work with fear not as something to push away, but as a doorway into greater clarity, presence, and self-trust. Through somatic practices, breath, and ritual, we’ll explore what needs to be released in order to step fully into our power.

This is a space for honest inner work, nervous system support, and personal reclamation.

Jaguar is the guardian of the unseen. As a powerful guide through the shadow, Jaguar helps us face what we’ve been avoiding—fear, shame, old wounds, or patterns that quietly shape our lives. She teaches us to meet these parts with courage and compassion, so we can reclaim the strength we’ve hidden or forgotten.

Our sessions are available to all Adults, no experience needed.

What to expect:

• Explore the Archetype and Psychological Symbolism of Jaguar

• Learn grounding tools for energetic boundaries and nervous system regulation

• Journey through intuitive movement, breath, and sound to meet your inner Jaguar

• Somatic inquiry into shadow material, guided with safety and care

• Ceremonial process of release, death, and renewal

• Integration and sharing circle

· Please bring water to stay hydrated, a notebook and pen for any journaling.

Becky & Kerry completed their Somatic Shamanism and Energy Medicine Practitioner training in the same cohort, held by their incredible teacher Kay Aldred. This was followed by an integration year, where they refined their skills and understanding as practitioners and began to blend their learning with their existing training /qualifications.

Becky is a qualified Art Psychotherapist , Shamanic Energy practitioner and Reiki Healer . Her journey began in 2012 helping people use art to support their emotional, physical wellbeing and mental health, developing her practice and advancing into spiritual healing. The studio is a no shoes zone.

Access- The studio is situated on the second floor of the Mill and there is no lift.

There is a free parking outside and next to the studios.

Give yourself time to find a parking space.
