Alongside this, you’ll have the opportunity to explore restorative yoga practices, enjoy tea, and simply slow down in a calm and supportive environment.A nourishing and delicious lunch will be shared together, with all dietary requirements catered for, before the afternoon softens into a deeply restful Yoga Nidra session.Yoga Nidra, often known as yogic sleep, is a guided meditation practice that encourages profound relaxation and restoration. Practised lying down in our warm and cosy studio, it helps reduce stress, improve sleep, calm the nervous system, and support emotional and physical wellbeing.We finish the retreat with tea and cake, allowing you to gently ease back into the day feeling grounded, nourished, and restored.Please bring a pillow and blanket to help you feel as comfortable and cosy as possible during the relaxation practices.A beautiful opportunity to pause, reset, and take care of yourself.
