A Masterclass in getting the most out of your people

Have you ever found yourself needing to have an uncomfortable, awkward or just generally tricky discussion because doing nothing is no longer an option?
If we are to be honest most leaders have……..whilst also worrying about the consequences of this very situation that probably could have been avoided.
Over 30 years of industry and personal experience have demonstrated to me that people respect those who face into a Courageous Conversation, much more so than those who avoid it. Both business and personal benefits can be significant, for example:
creating a great place to work
more collaborative behaviour
more mutually beneficial relationships
All of which are demonstrable via the bottom line.
At this Masterclass Darran will share why it is important to sometimes speak up and manage a ‘potential’ situation and how to do it effectively, achieving the best outcome. He will also be tapping into the experience within the room so prepare to be engaged and to learn from real experiences.
At the conclusion of the morning you will appreciate:
Why preparation is essential before delivering a message
The importance of choosing the right time to speak up
How to stay objective during the discussion
How to encourage people to find a solution to the issue
