Come join us for a rejuvenating session of breathwork and meditation at The Attic in Leeds! This in-person event will help you relax, unwind, and connect with your inner self - away from the noise of the outisde world.
Whether you're a beginner or experienced, this monthly session is open to all. We'll provide yoga mats, you just bring an open mind.
