AMPLIFY is a student-led gig showcasing queer and female-led bands at Wharf Chambers. For fans of indie and alternative rock, shoegaze, and riot grrrl.
Featuring:
Junk - Junk are a nu-gaze band who always aim to subvert expectations with each live performance. They thrive in creating pedalboard-soaked soundscapes with haunting melodies and punchy drums.
Woke Nonsense - here to spread the feminist agenda through a blend of riot grrrl, shoegaze, and prog-punk frustrations. Upbeat, energetic, and loud, they encourage the crowd to dance and express their anger.
Jeanpool - a Leeds-based band turning indie rock lesbian, one song at a time!
Wharf Chambers is a members' club and you must be a member or guest of a member to attend. Joining costs £2. See
