As the Winter Solstice marks the longest night of the year, we also welcome the quiet return of the light, both around us and within us.
Join Lisa English of Ember & Echo for a special candlelit Winter Solstice Sound Journey, an immersive experience rooted in rest, renewal, and reconnection with your natural rhythm.
Held in the nurturing energy of Misty Meadows Herbal Center, this candlelit evening is designed to support deep rest and gentle release as we honor the turning of the seasons. Through crystal and Himalayan bowls, chimes, drums, voice, and sacred vibration, you’ll be guided into stillness, allowing what’s ready to be shed to gently fall away, and space to open for what is quietly ready to rise.
This journey offers a sacred pause —
to reflect, receive, and return to yourself.
To the quiet within.
To the wisdom of the Earth.
To the light that never left.
Come just as you are. No experience necessary, only an open heart and a willingness to receive.
Yoga mats, pillows, and blankets are provided. Please bring any additional items to make your experience comfortable.
