Description: The symptoms of Menopause are vast and vary from woman to woman. It’s a journey, indeed!

Menopausal symptoms often mirror the puberty journey, just in the other direction! This workshop will address the three stages of menopause: Perimenopause, menopause, and Post Menopause, the hormonal changes associated with them, and what women can do to naturally minimize and often eliminate many of them.

Wendy will share stories from her own menopause journey, and we’ll talk about hot flashes, night sweats, flooding, vaginal dryness, loss of libido, insomnia, mood swings, brain fog, bone loss, hormone replacement, hair loss, sagging and dry skin, memory loss and symptoms you may have that you didn’t realize could be associated with menopause!

Menopause doesn’t have to be a painful, teary, rageful, sexless time in a woman’s life! Come learn about foods and drinks that can trigger symptoms and others that can help you avoid them.

You can be a joyful, vibrant, juicy woman for your whole life! Everything’s easy when you know how to do it!
