Each gathering invites you to soften and gently awaken the ember within, supporting your return to balance and harmony through sound and vibration. This gathering welcomes anyone who feels called to step into a calm, supportive space and receive what the sound offers. You’ll be invited to settle in comfortably while crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, gongs, drums, chimes, flutes, voice, and a variety of vibrational instruments are woven together in real time. Each Sound Journey is intuitively shaped in the moment, responding to what is present and allowing space for rest, curiosity, gentle release, or simply being. Whether you are carrying stress, feeling overwhelmed, holding grief, or simply needing quiet, you are welcome here.

Yoga mats, pillows, and blankets are available. Please bring anything additional that helps you feel comfortable.
