Samhain marks the turning of the wheel, the ancestral new year, when the boundary between worlds softens enough to let you see clearly. This Kundalini Rebirthing session meets you at that threshold. Through breath, movement, and energetic clearing, we work directly with what your body has been carrying so it can be named, honored, and let go.

This is not a gentle wind-down practice. Kundalini Rebirthing moves energy. It asks your nervous system to do real work: shedding the identity, pattern, or grief that no longer belongs to you, and making room for what wants to be born in its place.

Expect breathwork, kriya, and a guided rebirthing journey held inside seasonal ritual. You will leave lighter, clearer, and closer to who you actually are underneath what you've been carrying.

This is a ceremony to honor what has passed, and what has passed through you. The ones who came before us, and the parts of ourselves we've had to let go of along the way.

Meet Your Guide

Sarah Brianna is a Shamanic Energy Healer, Yoga & Meditation Teacher, and Soul Coach, and faculty at Yoga Lee. Her work is devoted to helping people become their own healers, reclaim their power, and come home to their untamed selves.

Sarah holds space for the whole of you: mind, body, and soul, with no separation between them. She is known as a shadow worker, someone who supports women willing to face what's been living in the unseen and the subconscious, because that's where real power gets reclaimed. Her approach is earth honoring and rooted in the belief that healing happens in connection, to yourself, to each other, and to the land beneath you.

Samhain is Sarah's favorite time of year. The veil thins, the unseen comes forward, and the parts of you asking to be witnessed finally have room to speak. She'll be holding this Kundalini Rebirthing container with the same depth and steadiness she brings to every space she leads: courageous, compassionate, and unwilling to look away from what's real.
