Feel Connected is a weekly women’s circle at Yoga Lee for slowing down, getting out of your head, and coming back into relationship with yourself and other women. Each gathering begins with a simple somatic practice to help you settle into your body. Then we circle up for honest conversation and heart centered sharing. 

There is no pressure to have the right words. No fixing. No advice. No analyzing someone else’s experience. No need to show up polished, positive, or put together. Just a room full of women, listening deeply, speaking honestly, and being witnessed exactly as they are. You might come because you’re moving through something. 

You might come because you’re craving deeper connection. You might simply be tired of doing everything alone. Whatever brings you through the door, you belong here. Come as you are. Leave feeling a little more connected to yourself, and a little less alone.
