Cost: $75
Class Size: 4-12
Class Type: In Person Only
Registration Deadline: Wednesday, March 11 at 12pm
A hands-on workshop with Julie Beal of Bone and Bloom Botanicals.
A really good bone broth is rich, restorative, and deeply nourishing. In this 2-hour workshop, you will learn the art of making bone broth, with an herbal twist.
We will begin in the kitchen, prepping vegetables and roasting bones, turning that into a pot of simmering broth right in the classroom! While the broth simmers, we will sit down to explore the benefits of collagen, minerals and herbs and how different plants can bring unique healing qualities to your recipes.
To close, you’ll taste a finished batch of broth and leave with the knowledge and confidence to create your own at home. Whether you are looking to boost immunity, support digestion, or simply enjoy a bowl of comfort, this class will give you both the technique and inspiration to make it part of your everyday ritual.
Please bring your slippers or house shoes, dress to be cozy, and feel free to bring your own mug! Students will receive a PDF handout, recipe cards, and broth to go home with!
