Valentines Day Couples Yoga
Couples yoga will allow you to experience familiar poses in new ways. Mind-Body-Breath connection with your partner is the focus of couples yoga, intended to connect you and your partner on a deeper level
this workshop will focus on postures where breathing and moving together is key, generally with physical contact throughout the practice.
