Details:
An hour of kickboxing and hanging out with other Bada** Mamas. Escape the mom life and spend time with others like you to potentially make some new friendships and expand your tribe.  Let’s have a fun time together sweating, vibing to some good tunes, laughing and bonding. 

Let’s all try to wear reds, pinks, whites and black for the night for attire (it’ll look great in the pictures/videos).  We can even put on a special Valentine’s Day music mix for all y’all. 

The entire kickboxing session will be a “we show, you follow” approach so it won’t take long for beginners to be taught. We have been doing this for 10 years now, so don’t worry, we can teach anybody. It’s like a playground with different punching bags. You’ll even get to hit the trainers. ?

We do this for the Leduc community because we know that Mom-ing is hard and why not do something for you for a change. Realistically, we don’t make anything from these events but we love to contribute in a small way for your sanity. 

If you can’t detach from your little ones, you are welcome to bring them. We will have things for them to do while you are on the club floor. We typically buy pizza & have other snacks to keep them occupied. It’s our pleasure to cover their supper.

We will have Valentine’s Day crafts for the kiddos to make & take with the instruction from my daughter Mila (age 7).

Minimum 8 participants for us confirm each event.  Max. capacity 30 participants.
